The store and its products

Nokta Store, operated by Nokta Digital in Tripoli, Libya, sells gift cards, codes, subscriptions and digital services shown in its catalog. Products are digital and do not require physical shipping. Brand names belong to their owners. The issuer’s terms govern activation and use; listing a brand does not imply an official partnership.

Check your selection before paying

Check the product, activation country or region, platform, value, face currency, expiry and redemption instructions. A card’s balance currency, such as USD or EUR, differs from its purchase price in Libyan dinars (LYD). Choose a product compatible with your account, and ask for help before paying if anything is unclear.

Review the order summary, final amount and any displayed service or conversion fees before confirming. The card’s face value is not the amount payable to the store. If the price, currency or fees conflict, stop and contact us for clarification before completing payment.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Available methods are those displayed at checkout and may be processed through Plutu and the selected payment provider. PayPal is available only when it appears as an actual checkout option. An order acknowledgement alone does not prove successful payment or code delivery; check the order status and fulfilment notice.

Fulfilment may require payment confirmation, a security review or supplier availability checks. If a product cannot be supplied, we notify you and address the payment under our Delivery and Refund Policy. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Your account and code

Protect your account and sign-in details, and report unauthorized use. Do not use the store for fraud, payment abuse or attempts to access another person’s information. Keep delivered codes private: disclosure may allow someone else to redeem them.

Problems and your rights

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Our Delivery and Refund Policy covers fulfilment and code issues. Issuer restrictions do not remove the store’s responsibility to address an incorrect, invalid or undelivered product. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights under applicable law.
